Atari Centipede

Atari Centipede is a classic fixed shooter arcade game where your goal is to fend off enemies such as centipedes, spiders, scorpions, and fleas with your bugblaster. Aim to survive as long as possible in this thrilling challenge! Your bugblaster fires small darts at a segmented centipede, which typically consists of 10 to 12 parts, including its head. When you hit a segment, it turns into a mushroom, and each piece continues moving independently toward you. To completely destroy the centipede, you must hit its head first. Controls are simple: use your keyboard or mouse to navigate the bugblaster and fire at the advancing creatures.
